I started taking Lipo-6 Dec07.I have been working out for a while now, and kicked in high grear afterlosing 53 lbs , but seemed to lack the ability to lose access body fat. Aftertaking Lipo-6 and following a training program that included cardio, weighttraining, and eating small 6 meals a day, I've managed to shed 22 lbs of fat.

Lipo 6 is great, I take and don't have to worry about jitters or lackof sleep, I've literally taken my afternoon dosage one day and took a nap,amazing.

Because of major health problems at a weight of 303.4 pounds and5'10". I decided it was time to take care of myself and loose this weight.Doctors expressed concern and friends of many years were afraid I was going todie. Hello! My name is Mark Eldred and I am writing totell you how much I love Lipo-6. I used Lipo-6 exclusively to lose 44 pounds in15 weeks.


Stats:
Before: April 1st, 2006 - 230 lbs.
After: July 15th, 2006 - 186 lbs.

For the past year and a half, I had been trying toget as big and strong as possible. In the process, I gained quite a bit of fat.I decided it was time diet down and get ripped! However, I knew that if I wasserious - I need a goal. I needed some accountability. I decided I would competein the 2006 Natural Michigan Bodybuilding championships.

So, I started my diet at 15 weeks out from thecontest date. I used a normal 5 day training split. My diet was very strict withthe exception of one cheat meal every week. I used a carbohydrate cyclingprogram - 2 days of moderate carbs and moderate protein followed by two days oflow carbs and high protein. However, Lipo-6 was the key ingredient to mysuccess. Lipo-6 helped me burn off the fat while giving me the energy to getthrough my workouts (especially on no carbs!)!!

After exactly 15 weeks, I stepped on the scale theday of the competition. Down from 230 pounds - I now weighed 186!!! I ended uptaking third place in the light-heavy weights.

I'm writing you to "Thank You" for your excellentproducts. On January 17, 2006, I visited my doctor for a routine checkup and Ihad to step on those dreadful scales. I'm only 5'8" tall and the scale read246lbs!! That was the most depressing moment of my life. Having lost my mom,dad, brother, and sister due to health related problems at relatively youngages, I knew that it was time to make a change, not tomorrow or the next day,but today. I wanted to make a lifestyle change not just a diet for a couple ofmonths just to fail as most fad diets do at some point or another.
