Story

Here is a detailed description of Solarix Stealth A.I and its relation with the game-play mechanics:
Solarix is a stealth game, and you can either use "stealth-based combat" or you can even finish the game without firing a bullet but knocking everyone out or you can even finish the game without alerting anyone.

If you like stealth kills, explore for ammo, use your pistol carefully(=combat) and aim for headshots and move around...
If you want to knock out enemies, don't use your pistol, use your tazer, observe their patrol points and knock them out one by one...
If you want to create your own darkness, use your pistol on lights, not on enemies...
If you want to "ghost" the entire game that is also possible, but you'll have to keep an eye your light meter and environment all the time...
If you want to lure enemies around, use throwable objects, not any weapons...
If you are around monsters and get caught, use your pistol to defend yourself until you find some cover/hiding spot...
Further in the game, if you are bored of sneaking around, use your shotgun to blast enemies, but you have to explore around carefully to collect ammo first...
Unique puzzles in that require exploration and information gathering in classic adventure style.
Wide variety in environments...In Solarix, you'll travel from cramped corridors to vast exotic forests to giant space stations to ominous underground facilities. Each level has its own strategy; each strategy is created by you. Some levels you'll have to run away from monsters, in some levels you'll want to directly confront them. One level will require you explore around in classical-adventure style to solve puzzles, whereas another level will require you to sneak around carefully.
Rich in-game content – you’ll encounter not just human enemies and monsters but you’ll have to hack your way through turrets, security cameras, sniper-robots and flying drones. There is a different and unique type of enemy awaiting you around every corner.

Definición de contenido multimedia educativo: Es la utilización de diferentes medios como imágenes, texto, animación, video, etc., en un mismo entorno donde los estudiantes interactúan con los recursos para mejorar el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje.
Antes de seleccionar los contenidos multimedia que vamos a integrar en el currículo, hay que conocer qué tipos de contenidos existen, ya que algunos serán adecuados para el aprendizaje inicial y otros mas aplicables a las últimas etapas, cuando el alumno ha adquirido experiencia.
Entre los diferentes productos que hemos ordenado y clasificado según su grado de interactividad media destacamos:
·Programas Tutoriales: Tienen por objeto enseñar un determinado contenido de forma detallada y es de suma importancia debido a que el alumno organiza el conocimiento adaptándolo a su nivel y por otro lado el programa utiliza estrategias para conseguir el aprendizaje. Los programas tutoriales son programas con una estructura de navegación lineal o, a veces, ramificada; normalmente van acompañados de una bateria de preguntas cortas, insertadas entre las distintas pantallas que lo componen, o bien al final de todas.
·Páginas Web: Una página Web es un conjunto de documentos para transmitir un determinado contenido. Sin embargo la conexión entre los documentos puede ser lineal o ramificada y la navegación suele decidirla el propio usuario. Las páginas Web pueden asemejarse bastante a los tutoriales, aunque éstos suelen ser algo más interactivos.
·Libros Electrónicos: Los libros electrónicos representan la metáfora del libro de texto tradicional pero incluyendo una mayor riqueza de imágenes, gráficos, avances rápidos, posibilidad de búsquedas,etc. El formato habitual del e-Book es el PDF, aunque hay muchos más como el ePub. Con una búsqueda de imágenes podemos encontrar infinidad de modelos de lectores de e-Book. Muchísimos portales contienen e-Book, sean libros completos, revistas o documentos breves, además, existen otros que se pueden leero online. Los e-Books se caracterizan con tener una estructura de contenidos lineal y no son interactivos.
·Presentaciones Multimedia: Las Presentaciones multimedia son programas multimedia con la misión de exponer el material a una audiencia, la presentación puede ser manejada por el instructor o bien evolucionar de la forma automática, convirtiéndose en este último caso en un audiovisual sobre soporte informático. La linealidad de las presentaciones es máxima, puesto que el receptor siempre recibe la información en el orden que determina el instructor. Un ejemplo de presentación multimedia es el Power Point.
·Los Vídeos y Audios: Los vídeos y audios (webcast y podcast) son otro tipo de material multimedia con estructura lineal y nula interactividad. Esto no significa que su potencial para el aprendizaje sea escaso, al contrario, son medios de transmisión que pueden ser muy didácticos, en Internet podemos encontrar cientos de ejemplos curriculares de vídeo y audio.
·Los programas de ejercitación y práctica: Se caracterizan por proporcionar al alumno la oportunidad de ejercitarse en una determinada tarea, una vez obtenidos los conocimientos necesarios para el dominio de la misma. Este tipo de programas es muy abundante en materias como las matemáticas, la física, la química, la lengua o los idiomas; Se basan en el ejercicio repetitivo de la tarea hasta conseguir su dominio. Por ejemplo el lanzamiento de proyectiles en física o el aprendizaje y la práctica de los elementos químicos en química.
·Las enciclopedias electrónicas:Representan la información habitual que existe en una enciclopedia sobre papel, esta vez en forma de base de datos. La información es accedida habitualmente mediante la realización de búsqueda, que puede ser directa o aleatoria, o mediante la consulta en índices. Además la información está relacionada entre sí y los resultados obtenidos suelen tener gran coherencia. La navegación que se realiza habitualmente por una enciclopedia electrónica responde al modelo de red. La interactividad suele ser media, pues podemos pulsar hipervínculos, buscar términos, ampliar imágenes o mapas, ver vídeos, etc. El ejemplo más conocido es Wikipedia pero existen muchas otras.
