We're Ok here - the wind is very gusty and the fire at Oura is still a worry - 100 firies still there. We'll be staying put and have preparations in case. The local bushfire depot is at the end of this street on the showground. Stay safe everyone.

It is supposed to reach 45C where I am today, everything is very dry and the winds are picking up. Perfect bushfire weather. I hope the state forests here are still standing tomorrow.
