Another spectacular weekend for my athletes as they romped through NYC in the New York Road Runners Ted Corbitt 15k.
Looking forward 2 Ted Corbitt 15k tmrw. Staten Island, Coney Island orgs & Toys 4 Tots on site. Welcome donations & toys 4 all.
2 of my athletes laced up, Emilio set the tone for the weekend running a massive 7 minute PR over 9.3 miles. While this is his last race of 2012, I'm sure he's pretty happy about his year.

And Joe, with an equally impressive performance, ran to a 12th place finish overall! Joe doesn't like to brag about himself (so I'll brag for him!), but he messaged me and said he felt great and was able to average 5:52 pace for 15k. I couldn't be happier for Joe as he came back from a minor calf injury earlier in the fall.
