Who is a Real Estate Salesperson?

Real estate salespersons, under the management of an authorized real estate broker, are authorized to buy and sale properties on customer’s behalf, provide assistance to buyers in locating and purchasing property, and also obtain the list of properties from the employing broker. - Applicants should be truthful and honest. The license is not issued to convicted criminals. The license is subject to denial if the applicant fails to disclose any disciplinary action or criminal violation in the applicant’s history.
- Three courses must be completed in order to qualify for the real estate examination for salespersons – Real Estate Practice, Real Estate Principles and any one of the following list:

Members belonging to California-State Bar are exempted from college-level course requirements. Proper evidence of admission must be furnished like photocopy of membership card of California State Bar.
