Here is what you will need.
2 oz cream cheese (softened at room temperature)
2 tbsp sour cream
1 egg
1/2 tsp of lemon juice
1/4 tsp of pure or imitation vanilla
2-4 tbsp of a sugar replacement (I used powdered sugar. Not sure if that constitutes as a sugar replacement, but it worked out pretty well)
Combine all of the ingredients in a microwave safe bowl.
Mix all the ingredients together until the mixture is relatively smooth. The cream cheese will be kind of chunky but it will mix evenly once it has been microwaved.
Place in the microwave for 90 seconds. Make sure to take out the mixture every 30 seconds and stir.
After it's done cooking, place it in the refrigerator for about an hour or if you're impatient like me, place it in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
To add more flavor to mine, I added 1/2 tsp of cocoa powder. Enjoy! :)
