It provides an individual biography from the different suppliers and what they do to provide the food they produce for millions of people to enjoy. The three items are the potato suppliers, the lettuce providers, and the meat providers. This assures the customers that their is food is made from fresh foods.

-The Monopoly game is also a pro to get customers to buy food in order to win fabulous prizes.
Cons
The negatives about having these individual platforms is that they are not as visible to locate unless you actually browse through everything on their Facebook page. Although McDonald's can provide an abundance of information the word of the customers are still more trust worthing than the company. The Play Nice platform takes away from bad experiences making the customer, or future customers not knowing what has gone wrong with McDonald's. The company only chooses content that will make them look better in the eyes of the customers. It is if the company is almost lying. The comments on the Facebook page, if it is a bad comment, will drive customers away from the company. An example is when people feel they are getting ripped off from the monopoly game and are able to see comments before they are taken down changing their ideals about McDonald's .Twitter Platform
