6:02pm Nationalist MP Clyde Puli has denied "defamatory allegations" appearing in the Facebook page of the website elections2013.com, which claimed that his brother Ralph was arrested or taken in at the Qormi police station on alleged vote-buying. The website is run by an IT consultancy firm.

More details trickling in, Ralph Puli was held at Qormi..

5:43pm Labour MPs Charles Mangion and Helena Dalli, as well as Labour candidate Chris Cilia have been called in for questioning by the police for breaching the day of reflection. Also, unconfirmed reports of the arrest of canvassers on alleged vote-buying have pervaded the social media networks.
4:30pm 2pm turnout is 49% which puts it at par with the 2003 general election turnout at 2pm: highest turnouts (equal or over 50%), are the 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th, 10th, 11th, and 13th districts.
4:22pm The PN has removed a social media app dubbed "I VOTED" in which voters would have sent our a Facebook message or Tweet showing they had voted for the PN... obviously it turns out that doing so on voting day is in breach of the General Elections Act, whose day of silence is 'observable' both on the eve and on the day of voting.
4:19pm We're asking the same question ourselves... where are the 2pm turnouts from the Electoral Commission and DOI?
