Even though websites offer privacy polices for the visitors on what to expect they will do with personal information, but usually people ignore these polices.They do not pay attention as some of them might say "we collect whatever we want from you and we do whatever want with it.'' And that's a privacy policy". Thus, its not the site responsibility anymore as they warn the users beforehand.
