16.45 Uhr - So langsam leert sich der Campus und die Universitätsbibliothek. Studentische Initiativen konnten sich auf dem Markt der Möglichkeiten präsentieren und lockten mit tollen Ideen viele Interessierte an. 1000 Besucher der Immatrikulationsfeier 2016 in der Universitätsbibliothek und über 600 Gäste im Hörsaal 1 verfolgten den Start in das Wintersemester 2016/2017. Über 100 Zuschauer nutzen den YouTube Livestream.
16.05 Uhr - Auf dem Mensavorplatz laden studentische Initiativen zum Get-together ein.

15.05 Uhr - Prof. Dr.-Ing. Jens Strackeljan tritt jetzt an das Pult. Der Rektor der Universität Magdeburg begrüßt in seiner Eröffnungsrede die Studienanfänger.

Da comienzo el 50º Congreso Internacional AEDIPE
Los días 6 y 7 de octubre, se celebra en Pamplona el 50 Congreso Internacional de AEDIPE (Asociación Española de Dirección y Desarrollo de personas) en el Palacio de Congresos y Auditorio Baluarte de Pamplona. Bajo el lema “El futuro del trabajo”, el evento cuenta con más de 40 ponentes y 300 congresistas acreditados. Os narramos todo lo que sucede en el encuentro. ¡Participa en el hashtag #aedipe50!

17:46.- Aplausos cierran la conferencia de Osterman y Andoni Agirregomezkorta cierra la jornada con avisos para esta noche y mañana. Recordad: la cena comienza a las 20:30 en la Catedral de Pamplona con visita previa a la exposición Occidens. Mañana, a las 7:00, las personas inscritas en las actividades paralelas nos vemos en la Plaza del Ayuntamiento para "Conoce Pamplona corriendo" y la visita al recorrido del encierro con Javier Solano, periodista de RTVE, la voz del encierro. 17:20.- El prof. Osterman se pregunta ¿por qué no se da el cambio si es algo tan claro? Explica que falta investigación, literatura sobre el tema, estudios... Además, es necesario modificar las estructuras conservadoras de las empresas, todavía son tradicionales. Y, por último, hace falta apoyo público. Así, nuevas formas de organización empresarial e inversión en formación, parecen claves en el futuro del trabajo.
17:19.-El desafío es aprovechar las oportunidades de este nuevo mundo y evitar los retos y para ello, necesitamos empresas comprometidas en lo social.
Se debe invertir en formación, dice Osterman, algo que se reitera a lo largo de todo #aedipe50, igual que el cambio en las relaciones
17:13.- El cambio en la relación entre trabajador y empresa tiene que ver con la subcontratación o externacionalización, explica Osterman. Se ha pasado de la visión de la empresa como familia a la empresa desglosada.
17:07.- Paul Osterman destaca cuatro preocupaciones en torno al futuro del trabajo. En primer lugar se acentúa la desigualdad por la bajada de salarios y de retribución a los trabajadores, está creciendo esa desigualdad. En segundo lugar, hace hincapié en la existencia en trabajos cada vez más rutinarios, es decir, que se podrían programar o hacer con máquinas. El desempleo es la tercera preocupación y, la cuarta, la relación y vínculos entre trabajadores y organizaciones que se están debilitando.
