We all know that some mistakes are hard to avoid, and this is the kind that can seriously impact your business. Many times the largest corporations in the world will lose billions due to miscalculations. Your goal is to talk in a way that seems conversational, talking to an audience that has no more than a high school or elementary school education. How many websites or project research folders do you have on your computer that are incomplete or even complete - just waiting for the right time? Do you do different kinds of marketing? Are any of them actually bringing in money for you, or is nothing really working at all? By doing this, it clearly shows your lack of focus, having too many proverbial irons on the fire. Most people in Internet Marketing make this mistake all the time. The solution to this problem is choosing one marketing method, and marketing one product, until it starts to pay off. Then, if you are still having problems, it's easier to figure out what is wrong and fix it. Once you have it all working and profitable, then move on to something else.
By simply doing market research on your own, your target audience is something that you can discover. This is one of the most common mistakes online marketers and inexperienced solo web entrepreneurs make. If you can find out who they are, you can figure out how to talk to them in an effective manner which is good for both of you. Here's a surprise...there were more than a few sessions about Risk-based Monitoring. Naturally, tips, techniques, lessons learned, and enthusiasm over the potential of RBM were shared. However, instances of poor RBM implementations, and their impact on the study sites. were also discussed. We hear a lot about the promise of RBM, and rightly so, but I think it's healthy to balance that out with cautionary tales and remember that there's no free lunch. Getting this thing right is going to take work.

Sunday's plenary session was breath-catching. Ashley Appell has a genetic condition called Hermansky-Pudlack Syndrome (HPS), an extraordinarily rare fatal disease. For 20 years, her mother Donna has worked tirelessly to find other sufferers, build and support the patient and care-giver community, and advocate for clinical research. Even when her own daughter was excluded from the clinical trial she managed to get launched, she has continued her advocacy work. Two weeks ago, 234 Nigerian school girls between the ages of 16 and 18 were snatched from their dorm beds in the town of Chibok and forced into trucks at gunpoint by what is believed to a group of radical militants who oppose the education of women.
Fifty of the young women are said to have escaped capture, but more than 220 are unaccounted for — and many believe that they are in great danger.
Human rights organizations report that the kidnappped girls are being forced to marry the leaders of the Islamic extremist group Boko Haram in mass weddings, and some fear that they "could become the latest sex slaves of the insurgents."
A Borno state community leader told The Associated Press that two of the girls have already died from snake bites while being held in the dense 60,000 square kilometres Sambisa forest — a place that has become synonymous with Boko Haram according to The Guardian — and parents of the girls are becoming so sick with fear and grief that many are unable to eat.
Despite Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan's vow to find and rescue the girls, many are criticizing the country's government for failing to bring them home.
A Change.org petition asking the government to dedicate more resources toward the search has been signed more than 84,000 times, and a similar White House petition calling for more support from the international community and U.S. government is circulating widely on social media.
Hundreds of women marched to Nigeria's National Assembly Wednesday to protest the lack of action over the missing students, while hundreds more marched for the same reason in Kano.
"We are trying to bring the plight of the Chibok girls to the attention of the government. We see the Nigerian government not showing enough concern,” said protest leader Hadiza Bala Usman to the New York Times. "If this abduction of 236 girls happened anywhere else in the world, the nation would be at a standstill."
As news of the missing girls spreads around the world, concerned parents, women's rights advocates, and compassionate social media users are rallying together in an effort to bring attention to the situation, which has received little international coverage until recently.
On Twitter, the hashtags #BringBackOurGirls and #BringBackOurDaughters are being used by people in Nigeria and from all over to mobilize the movement and demand more from the Nigerian government.

Bruce Forsyth shocked the nation with his departure, but it wasn't long before the likes of Graham Norton, Claudia Winkleman and Alan Titchmarsh were all tipped to replace him alongside Tess Daly on the hit dance show.
Bruce co-presented Strictly Come Dancing from 2004 to 2013.
The BBC announce he will remain on BBC One to present the Strictly Christmas Special, the Strictly Children in Need Special and other one-off specials yet to be revealed.
The much loved host confirmed on the 4th April 2014 that he is stepping down.
Bruce said: “After ten wonderful years and eleven series, I believe it is now the right time to step down from the rigours of presenting the Strictly live shows."
The TV legend told Michael McIntyre he quit his presenting role on Strictly Come Dancing because the show kept giving him flu.
Bruce said: “Live television is very strenuous, especially when some shows are an hour and 40 minutes. I have to do all the announcements and run up the stairs to get out of the way."
Bruce has said criticism over his age was a factor in his decision to step down from hosting BBC One's Strictly Come Dancing.
“I always got flu in studios. They were so full of germs,” said Bruce.
He stresses it was his decision to leave.
